"The hotel is located close to 2nd Road in Pattaya, but still in a quiet area. Facilities are great with big pool, fitness room and good restaurant/bar. Rooms are big, but are starting to look a bit worn, particularly bath room could use an upgrade. Comfortable bed, and good balcony."

"Take advantage of the free shuttle to the main road as it is a bit of a walk from the hotel. Also, they can take you to the bus station for 200 baht total for your group."

"Hotel is located behind promenade shopping center on Pattaya'a second road. The area is still quite secluded and away from the activities in the city that hardly sleeps. Swimmimg pool has been renovated last year. Enjoyed laying at the side with a cool drink. Rooms are now equiped with 32¨ LCD screens, with plenty of non-Thai channels to choosed from. If you stay on a Friday or Saturday, do not miss out on the poolside BBQ. Amazing price for what you get. Housekeeping does a reasonable job, but suggest mamagement to supply them with vacuum cleaners, found lots of dust, hairs and other stuff under the bed. (over the past two years we stayed in different rooms, all are the same). Will we go back? definitely."

"We fell in love this hotel. We didn't want to leave this hotel at all. All good and professional services. Only one thing in this hotel is food and drinks are very expensive. If the food and the drinks are sensible prices. I'm sure that lot of guests will order and buy more. All over are good. Highly recommend for everyone."

"It may different if you rent car go there by you self if you don't know Pattaya road as well. Rather complicate but there was awesome!! About views and recommend for couples who just been married also want to do romantic with your partner. This is good for honey-moon rather privert (if you like)"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The Sheraton is a peaceful getaway from the Pattaya mayhem. I have been to Pattaya many times and stayed in many 5 star hotels, but this is my favourite. The beach is nice with it's white sand and quiet seating areas (don't go to Pattaya if you are keen on swimming in the sea, not really very nice seaside!). The pool area is very nice and quiet and surounded by lots of green. The rooms are spacious and with big balconies. We had an amazing time. on a small note: probably not ideal for people with difficulties walking or climbing stairs, there are a lot of them! Absolutely must go to the Infinity Restaurant/Bar for the sunset happy hour. So beautiful."

"We have spent one night at this hotel. First of all, they welcomed us with a welcome drink and speedy check in. The room was big enough for two persons and well cleaned. It was located near the beach. There were a plenty of restaurants, night clubs, shops, etc.."

"This is my favorite hotel I've stayed at in this city. The rooms are very large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are huge, with both a tub and a large standing shower. The look of the hotel is modern and appealing, and the staff was all very friendly and attentive. My only complaint about the hotel is that the food wasn't that great. I ordered room service once, and had buffet breakfast several days. I wasn't impressed by either one. This isn't a very big deal, because there are hundreds of other options for food within a few minutes walk. Next time I'm in Pattaya, this is where i'll stay."

"The location is very good. Very near to many famous restaurant, convenient store and central festival pattaya. It's 5-min-walk to the beach. If you find a hotel for nightlife of pattaya, this is a good hotel. But if u want a quiet place for ralaxation, i wouldn't recommend this hotel."

Good overall

"Overall it was a good stay with a good room for a good price for this area. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of free wifi. The internet is charged 1Baht per minute, which is not much if your on for a short time. But it is charged per minute from the time you log on. So if you are using wireless on your cell phone, ipad etc to receive messages and you need to keep it on day and night it will add up. I have stayed at competitive hotels in the area which all have free wifi. Probably will not stay here again unless they can provide free internet like most hotels in this area."

Good value hotel

"I have stayed at this Hotel on 2 previous occassions and was impressed by recent refurbishment to entrance and quality of my room overlooking the street. Only dissappointment was Breakfast which was same virtually every day and few items chosen were cold that were supposed to be hot but overall that would not detract me from staying there again."

"One night stay at the Ravindra. My most impressive is excellent swimming pool. My son can spend all day long in the pool."

"The hotel have a good location which is closed to the beach and private. The swimming pool also nice and room quite big. The bath are separated with toilet. Good services and environment."

"The hotel is great for families or couples who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pattaya. Their pool(s) are great and there is a private beach too. Everything in the hotel is a bit pricey if you do know what things could cost outside but of course still affordable compared to Europe or USA. If you intent to have a dip into the nightlife of Pattaya I wouldnt recommend the hotel, better choose one closer to Central Pattaya. The hotel charges 500 Baht for the 15 min ride going to Walking Street which is insane if you compare the ride in a private car all the way to Bangkok costs only 2,300 Baht.
Restaurant Tip: Try Lobster Pot, one of the seaside restaurants on Walking Street."

"staying at a hotel in the last 3 years-one. I left happy all the time. but this time it did not. When I went to the hotel room was not ready and I waited for a full 1.5 hours. remained constantly wet bathroom. grime pulled my toilet flush in the side room."

"The hotel is in a good postition in Pattaya and whilst I liked the unusual design it's not a good enough reason to return. My partner arrived before me as I was still on business in Bangkok, check in was fine but she was challenged when attempting to use the pool, had to convince the staff member that she was staying at the hotel, this was embarrasing. My partner arrived in Pattaya some time after 15.00, by the time she had made it to the pool, and convinced the pool guy that she was a resident, it was 16.00 she was then advised that the pool area closed at 17.00 to set up the dinner buffet, it was a hot and sunny afternoon and wanted to relax by the pool. The rooms were fine and met the standard for this quality of hotel in Pattaya."
