Nice 5 stars beach front hotel

"We were a but disappointed with the service. We booked two rooms but were initially given only one room. Breakfast service at the Aisawan club was slow and some of the staff were not friendly. Cocktail service was not perfect eg I was given chocolate milk when ordered chocolate milkshake, because the snacks are served not buffet we had to wait quite long to get the snacks we liked. Also the electricity was out for hours during our stay. Overall it's a good hotel but not as luxury as the price indicates."

"Although the location is a bit far away from the beach road, this hotel is undoubtedly providing an excellent resort environment to give you a relaxing stay. Indulging in its private beach with bars and pool within distance, trying their remarkable spa are recommendable. If you bought some fruits from the street, I asked for a knife to cut but surprisingly recieved their peeling services with a complete of meal utensils."
