We had a great stay

"I guess the first thing is that the standard rooms were overbooked so they upgraded us to the LK Royal Wing. It was a great room, but it's difficult to rate the hotel you requested. The staff was friendly, but we were a little confused when they were in the process of upgrading as they didn't explain the problem. We only stayed one night, but all of our needs were adequately met."

It's ok for a couple of days.

"As Hotel guest I need a room and not much more. However, the receptionist was rather unfriendly during the check-in process. The room itself was big and clean. So nothing to complain about the room."
