Cheng I, Singapore"What a hotel, staff are so so keen to help and are all so friendly. The room was perfect, 1 of the best I have ever stay'd in and not the most expensive. The rooftop bar is spectacular with beautiful views of the city. The pool is great and again with the staff working in that area so helpful and friendly it makes sitting there even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect, it's on second road, not in a really noisy area ( load music bars, but not far from them if that's what your after) but in a busy enough area, not far from the new central shopping mall ( my be 10 minute walk). Also within 5 minute walk of mikes shopping mall and also another shopping centre ( can't remember the name but think Royal garden) only a 2 minute walk."

"The reason I wouldn't rate this hotel a 5-star is that the toiletry set is not complete. I had to request for body lotion twice. Even in any 4-star hotel, body lotion is always a part of the hospitality. The food is great but need more seafood variety. Overall the service is excellent!"Hong T, Australia

"Perfect place to stay and fantastic value for a 5 star quality resort that is both family friendly and caters for the leisure and/or business traveller. Unusually design throughout the building is interesting but still very functional. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for those looking for a bit of luxury without blowing the budget. Within walking distance of most the beach and Soi's and 10 minute stroll from Walking Street.
