"The Baywalk Residence Hotel is a good place to stay in Pattaya. It's right across the street (Beach Road)from the picturesque beach and bay. I say picturesque because they are not idyllic -- a little dirty and crowded -- but still good for photographing and people-watching. The hotel is only three or four blocks from the fascinating "Walking Street" and less distance than that from several good restaurants. While I doubt many of the rooms have much view, mine had a nice little balcony with a view of some buildings with terraces, plants, and flowers -- a good place to drink my coffee in the mornings."Dory P, Indonesia
